I would like to take a few moments to thank The Sale Team of Rummy Dhanoa for there outstanding dedication for the sale of our property. My sister and I had spoken with a local agent for the sale of our late grandmother’s property in Yonkers, NY. The first agent we spoke with gave us an estimated sale value of our house that was not consistent with the other properties nearby. We decided to check a second opinion and contacted our own Philadelphia Keller Williams agent for an agent in Yonkers, NY. 
The day came to meet Rummy. On arrival to our house he was professional, courteous and kind. We explained our situation, emphasizing our great travel distance from Yonkers and what we thought the house was worth. Rummy was straightforward, honest and together we came up with a plan to get the best value for our house in the current financial and housing market. 
The day the house was put on the market I was astounded! Our house that we had put up for sale was on every real estate website out there! We saw our listing not only on Keller Williams, but on Realtor.com, Yahoo listings, Zillow, and even Ebay. It was no wonder that we had offers in a very short time. Our house was priced appropriately and consistent with the other local listings in the area.

I think that you should choose Rummy as your next real estate agent. He will assist you as he did with me. Guide you in the right direction, help you understand the type of decision you are about to make. I did not have much money, but I knew I wanted to buy a house. I work hard for my money and whatever I have. I didnt know nothing about the real estate market. After a few sessions with Rummy, I was able to make the decision that in 2007 was not the right time to buy a house. He suggested to me to wait and save more (I understood it was not the right time to buy at that time). Now in a stuggling economy, ( I had saved enough)....
